If one calls the laws of the Qur'an or any example of the Prophet , (such as using the siwak (herbal toothbrush stick), growing a long beard, or making fun of the dress of Islamic dresses, although that person call him or herself a Muslim.) outdated then this means that individual is openly showing disdain, scorn, contempt for, or treat with levity the Deen of Islam or it's tenets, obligatory injunctions or it's traditions.
