It is all up to you to think about it, how long do you want to stay like a baby, because when you went to learn something you learn it right away, faster then any older person. 

If you know when your favorite TV program is coming, and you know how to open the TV, then how can you be a baby? when you have sense of the time, and you know which program is your favorite program, and you would even insist to your parents that you want to see this program. And you also would know how to chose your favorite foods, or toys, or favorite video games.

It is all in the mind, how one takes it. Because your thinking is big, some boys like to do wrestling, and some girls like to play with dolls. 

Your time is very important, you cannot let it go. Because the time you are in, you are learning and absorbing the life which will be faced, in the next 70-100 years, if Allah wills. 

It is the same thing like the way someone is building a wall of blocks. If the right block is not used at the time of starting to build, then the entire wall will fall.

If you do not start to learn the right way, and not the way from the TV or radio. But learning the thing who created you when you were born, Allah. Who has made you so beatuiful, you can see, listen, talk, walk, and think. 

Who gave you these things, Allah. You should learn about him, who is the greatest power who created you in the first place.

Then what to learn?

Learn manners, so Allah who is running your life, and because of his mercy you can see, otherwise your eye is only made of water and flesh. Or there is no special microphone, or in your mouth there is special electronic tool which enables you to talk. 

You should learn the manners through prayer, and realize who is my provider? and Who is keeping my life?

If you don't learn these things in the first place, at the beginning of your age. Then when you start to grow, Satan will start to occupy your mind as you grow.

And once, Satantanic things are in the mind, then it is hard to understand the reality of our creator and provider, Allah. And then it will look like a waste of time, because the mind is so occupied in video games, TV, movies, music, and different things. 

Now you should decide, what type of person do you want to become when you grow. No one will come in your heart and tell you what to do. If you really went to grow, and become a successful person, then seek the help of Allah from now, so we can be in contact with Allah. And that no one can harm you, destroy, or abuse you. 

This life is like a bubble, when you blow in a bubble, and the bubble flies and pops. It it the same thing, when someone is in the hands of Satan, then Satan shows lots of attractions in the life, and only leads you to dirty and bad things. Unsuccessful life here and in the hereafter.

...But when you enter the houses, greet one another with a greeting from Allâh (i.e. say: As-Salâmu 'Alaikum - peace be on you) blessed and good. Thus Allâh makes clear the Ayât (these Verses or your religious symbols and signs, etc.) to you that you may understand. (24:61)
