In the Name of Allâh, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. (1:1)

Why should we start with the name of Allah? Because he is the only power, good and bad things come, and are controlled by Allah. All the benefits, whatever anyone gains during his lifetime are from Him, and all the mercy is only from Him, and there is no other source for mercy. So when we read this verse, any kind of Satan which wants to harm you, or give you trouble, then reading this verse gives you a shield of protection.

For example, if anyone is doing any work, and starts in the name of Allah by reading "Bismillah", then if anything in that work will go wrong, it will become easy for you after reading this verse. Because Allah guarantees to us that if we mention the name of Allah, Satan leaves that place.
