In the society of today we are under the impression that without interest today it looks like there is no survival. Why?
In the past, people used to live without interest It was not in fashion compared to what we have today. Every single pores of the skin is cluttered to the bank, against his personal guarantees.
The most smartest and "well moved" person carries, Visa, MasterCard, or Ammex. Today it looks like there is no way out from this big scam. This has become a symbol of status in order to have a credit card, otherwise one who does not is rejected from society and system.
Now lets examine, what Islam offers in order to open the eyes of the human being. An individual is not suppose to stay in a illusion and a dream, and it is only allowed to talk about reality.
What system offers us to fulfill our dreams on fake hopes? When one puts a down payment on a house, car, or furniture for example, in reality he cannot afford to have a big house, or a nice car, or furniture, however when he places a down payment and gives personal guarantees, and he is happy and is under impression that he owns this.
Most individual's financial status changes according to the graph. When one is smooth financially, he or she thinks that he or she will stay at the same level, or would become even wealthier.
However they will always stay in stress and in pressure, they are always worried that if there status changes, what will happen to there investment, what payment I put down towards my house, and have signed personal guarantees towards there furniture and car.
The whole life, people live in stress and in pressure, which results in to diabetes, stress, nervous breakdown ect. And people's daily life and family life is always disturbed, with complains which ends up in arguments. Which results in to divorce, separation, blaming each other of spending to much. The real pressure is what people have signed away there entire life, and have become a slave to the system there entire life.
Once anyone establishes a status in front of friends, relatives, and society. He or she would want to make sure, regardless even if they die, but they never want to bring there face down in front of others.
All the houses on a mortgage, everyone is under the impression that he or she owns that house. In reality, they are just renting an amount of money, and if anyone fails to pay two installments of there mortgage he or she will loose there properties, and there credit goes bad across the country, because they receive notice from the mortgage company lawyer to pay the money within ten to twenty days. Whoever cannot afford to pay 1 to 2 installments how could he /she can pay all the amount.
Anything which is prohibited from our creator has a very big detailed reasoning for our beneifit, because Allah (SWT) is our creator, and he knows best what is good for us and what is bad for us.
