Forbidden to you (for food) are: Al-Maytatah (the dead animals -
cattle-beast not slaughtered), blood, the flesh of swine, and the meat of
that which has been slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allâh, or
has been slaughtered for idols, etc., or on which Allâh's Name has not
been mentioned while slaughtering, and that which has been killed by
strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by the goring
of horns - and that which has been (partly) eaten by a wild animal -
unless you are able to slaughter it (before its death) and that which
is sacrificed (slaughtered) on AnNusub[] (stone
altars). (Forbidden) also is to use arrows seeking luck or decision,
(all) that is Fisqun (disobedience of Allâh and sin). This
day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion, so
fear them not, but fear Me. This
day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you,
and have chosen for you Islâm as your religion. But
as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin
(such can eat these above-mentioned meats), then surely, Allâh is OftForgiving,
Most Merciful. (5:3)
Anyone who claims to be a Muslim, if he or she not maintaining the knowledge, and practicing there Islam from what is said in the Qur'an and Hadeeth, and listening to only their imams (scholars), blindly, family members, elders and only following their sects only. Every human being can be misguided by Satan, except Allah and his Messenger (Qur'an and the Sunnah), and after that who ever does not do this practice, must apply right away, if he or she wants to die as a Muslim, inshallah. After death, whoever was not on the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, they will be unable to claim that they are Muslims in the grave or day of resurrection. We
need to follow what is in the Qur'an and in the hadeeth only, because as mentioned
in (5:5), that Allah has completed our faith, and there is no need for
anything after that at all to follow, if we want to be Muslims, and die as
a Muslim.
Say (O Muhammad SAW
to mankind): "If
you (really) love Allâh then follow me (i.e. accept Islâmic Monotheism,
follow the Qur'ân and the Sunnah), Allâh will love you and
forgive you of your sins.
And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (3:31)

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Obey
Allâh and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)." But if they turn
away, then Allâh does not like the disbelievers[].
(3:32)
As narrated by
Abu Hurarirah (R.A) in the hadeeth books (At-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, and Abu
Dawud) that the Prophet said: "Jews and
Christians were divided in to seventy one, and seventy two religious
sects. And this nation will be divided in to seventy three religious
sects. All in
hell
except for one, and that one is the one which I and my companions are
today." (Following the Qur'an and the Sunnah)

So if they dispute with
you (Muhammad SAW) say: "I
have submitted myself to Allâh (in Islâm), and (so have) those who
follow me."
And say to those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and to
those who are illiterates (Arab pagans): "Do you (also) submit
yourselves (to Allâh in Islâm)?" If they do, they are rightly
guided; but if they turn away, your duty is only to convey the Message;
and Allâh is All-Seer of (His ) slaves[].
