To say that the Righteous (Awliyaa') are above the Prophets ('alaihimus
salaam) or that some of the Righteous are exempt from acts of worship
prescribed by Islam according to the Sunnah of Muhammad (sallallahu 'alaihi
wa sallam). [Qur'aan 3:85, 8:34, 10:62-63]
No human being can be smarter
then the noble Prophets of Allah. Because, there teachers and guidance was
from Allah only, this was also the reason why Prophet Muhammed Regardless how pious one may look, or how much that individual practices, and how many followers he may have, they all are wasting there time if they are not following what is said in the Qur'an and the Sunnah. One should look at his actions, and make sure to learn from the Qur'an and the Hadeeth to make sure he or she is on the right path. In front of Allah, the biggest action is to perform prayers five times a day in the right manner on time, and during this an individual should forget anything about the world, while putting enough time in prayer, and not to rush it. If one wants to worship more towards Allah, can perform voluntary prayers, fasts, or charity, or make tahajjud (nightly prayers), and to read, understand, apply, and convey the Qur'an to others, and to convey the message of Islam, to Muslims and non-Muslims. We must always remember that any method of worship must be according to the actions of the Prophet, and not to listen to anyone else, unless we are sure that the source of that action is found in the Qur'an and the Hadeeth. If anyone does any of these actions, he or she will receive so much peace, which no other action can give. |
