| MARRIAGE
IS A MUST FOR A BELIEVER, EVEN IF HE CANNOT AFFORD IT

And whoever of you have not the means wherewith to wed free, believing
women, they may wed believing girls from among those (captives and slaves)
whom your right hands possess, and Allâh has full knowledge about your
Faith, you are one from another. Wed them with the permission of
their own folk (guardians, Auliyâ' or masters) and give them their
Mahr according to what is reasonable; they (the above said captive
and slave-girls) should be chaste, not adulterous, nor taking boy-friends. And
after they have been taken in wedlock, if they commit illegal sexual
intercourse, their punishment is half that for free (unmarried) women.[]
This is for him among you who is afraid of being harmed in his religion or
in his body; but it is better for you that you practise selfrestraint,
and Allâh is OftForgiving, Most Merciful. (4:25)
Who is a slave lady?
Prisoners of war are called in Islam as slaves,
until they do not believe. In those conditions, a man can stay inside a
jail, however a lady, although she is called as a slave, she does not stay
in jail. And those Prisoners of war, are divided amongst the wairrors, in
order to take care of them in there houses. As long as they are not
Muslim, they are called as a slave lady. They will be owned by there
masters, however if they accept Islam, then that lady is free, without the
label of a slave. But because they do not have any background, then to
give those Muslim ladies shelter.
In Islam marriage is a must, if someone cannot
afford marriage with anyone, then he should ask those ladies for marriage.
