And of mankind, there are some (hypocrites) who say: "We believe in
Allâh and the Last Day" while in fact they believe not. (2:8)
Today
there are many Muslims who say that they believe in Allah and in the last
day, but in reality they do not practice, how?
Because
for them the first priority is the matters related to this world, such as
there jobs, education, universities, colleges, etc. And everyone is
working so hard building there dream homes, cars, dream lifestyles, in
order to understand and be assured that they will never die. And the term
"hypocrites" has become a phrase only, one should see within his
or hers' lifestyle, who tries and manages there worldly manners as a first
priority, and secondary whenever he or she has some time, they try and
fulfill the requirements of their creator, provider, and there sustainer.
In order to know Islam as a culture, and a custom only, now we should see
where we fit.
Note:
However the doors of repentance are never closed until death, and we
should cry and beg to Allah in order to open our eyes and hearing so we
can understand the orders of our creator, sustainer, and our provider, we
should always remember that Allah's mercy is more stronger then his
punishments, if one tries to seek it within his lifetime, inshallah.
