Simply to understand this matter, there is only two ways the first is to follow Allah, then it is to obey his Prophet. And another way is the way of Satan, which will misguide us, even if he finds and avenue from Islamic teachings, to take us astray.

As we know from the Hadeeth, the Prophet (SAW) while speaking, many companions, including Abu Hurairah use to note what he is saying. One time Abu Hurairah did not not his speach, after the speach he was questioned about why he did not note the speech. Abu Hurairah replied that he was told by other companions, why does he not everything the Prophet says. It might be possible that the Prophet could be angry, and something might not suppose to be noted.

The Prophet answered that by Allah, his actions, and everything he says is from Allah.

Whatever actions which cannot be found in the Qur'an then in the teachings of the Prophet (SAW), that is then a innovation, it does not matter what love, or intention one may try to show. This is from Satan.

Because our wisdom is lesser than the Prophets, and we are only his followers. Before innovating, thinking we improving, we should see ourselves, that are we covering all of the examples of the Qur'an and the life of the Prophet, or not?

Beware of Satan, and do not do anything which has no proof in the Qur'an and the Hadeeth. And things which are not found by the companions.
